A friend in the mortgage industry referred Max The Inspector General to me when I mentioned to him that I needed to schedule a home inspection for a home my wife and I had made an offer on in Frisco, TX. Max scheduled a time to meet at the house. He was right on time, very friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable. The inspection took about three hours and he left no stone unturned. He thoroughly explained everything to me and my wife. He promised the report by early the next day and sure enough we received the computer-generated report early the following day. There were some minor issues with the home but we were able to negotiate most of the items with the seller.
